What is Serve A Little (SAL)?

Established as a non-profit organization in 2009, Serve A Little (SAL) provides a connection point between those in need in the community, and those who have the resources to help.

SAL’s primary focus has been working with single parents of Sonoma County and spouses of those deployed elsewhere in the armed forces; the majority being single mothers. Traditionally, the volunteer base of SAL has assisted with basic household maintenance, yard/garden care, and automotive repair (75% of the overall SAL requests). Since its inception, SAL has helped more than 300 families. Because we have seen that the greatest need of single parents in Sonoma County is automotive repair, SAL established SAL Auto.
